Quote Poster Project

This project was set to me in university. The brief was to create an A1 Quote Poster that only featured typography. It had to also feature upper case letters, lower case letters, punctuation marks, numbers and ligatures of the font that was used for the design. The quote that I was given at random was a Salvador Dali quote which was "The only difference between me and a madman is that i'm not mad." The gallery below shows my design process for the project. Idea Development 1 Once I was given a quote I started my idea process. I experimented with different colour schemes and compositions.	Idea Development 2 I also experimented with different font styles and font sizes.	Final Poster and Other Outcomes This Is the final poster design along with the other outcomes which included a conceptual Billboard design, a T-shirt design and a page with background information on Salvador Dali along with information on the typeface that was used for the final design.
