Lino Type Project

This project was a university project were I created four different outcomes. These included Lino Letter Prints, A book of Print experiments using those prints and two booklets to accompany the experimental book. All of these outcomes are explained in greater detail in the gallery below.

Lino Letter Types Each of the letters were carved from the lino using the Century Gothic typeface as inspiration.	How the Lino Letter Type were made This explains the process in which the lino letter types were created.	Type Experiment Book This is book showcases words associated with Graphic Design. These words are printed in a way in which they visualise their meaning. These words were printed using the Lino Letter Types. The book that I took inspiration from for this project was 'Watching Words Move' by Ivan Chermayeff and Tom Geismar
